We've compiled responses to some of the most common questions users have when exploring Auto-Buy.

Auto-Buy is a feature that enables automated crypto buying. It allows users to set up recurring purchases of selected cryptocurrencies, specifying the amount and frequency. Once set up, Auto-Buy will execute these automated cryptocurrency purchases according to your schedule, without manual intervention.
Auto-Buy supports a broad range of cryptocurrencies available on WhiteBIT Australia. This includes major assets like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL) and various other altcoins. See the complete list of supported assets for your crypto purchase plan. The Auto-Buy Order shall be executed at WhiteBIT Australia’s prevailing market price of your chosen digital asset and is irreversible.
Funds for Auto-Buy will be deducted from your Trade Balance. After each purchase, the acquired assets will also be deposited into your Trade Balance.
Available frequency to choose from: Hourly, Every 4 Hours, Every 12 Hours, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. There are no limits to the maximum number of plans.
If your Trade Balance lacks sufficient funds, you will receive multiple notifications. If the issue isn't resolved, the Auto-Buy plan will automatically be suspended.
When setting up an Auto-Buy plan, you have the flexibility to define the auto-buy amount in two ways: Amount Size: This is the value of your purchase that can be set in a stablecoin like USDT (Tether). Size Quantity: Alternatively, you can specify the auto-buy amount directly in a cryptocurrency of your choice.
There are no minimum or maximum limits for the Auto-Buy plan.
You can stop or deactivate the Auto-Buy plan anytime in the Auto-Buy section. Navigate to My Plans, select Ongoing Plans, and then go to the Details tab to make changes. Stopped plans will remain in the Ongoing Plans list, while deactivated plans will be moved to a separate Deactivated list for easier management and review.
In case your account is suspended or on hold it will not affect your Auto-Buy plan. Unless your WhiteBIT Australia account is terminated you will be able to use the service. In case of termination of your WhiteBIT Australia account, we will close your plan automatically.
When making the decision to use the Auto-Buy service, consider the following issues and risks:
  1. service is completely automatic and it is totally on your side to control this process, your negligence may cause the risk of adverse order execution;
  2. your own actions (voluntary or involuntary), decisions or judgments while using the service and to any losses that may occur based on them are at your own risk;
  3. high price fluctuations and volatility of digital assets may cause significant losses.
